MEDIDENTA RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased from Medidenta are guaranteed with a 30-day return policy. Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact 800-221-0750 for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and have your invoice available for reference.
Upon receipt of the returned product, Medidenta will exchange, refund, or credit the item, minus shipping and handling costs.
- All products must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging with the seal unbroken.
- Claims must be reported within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All returns are subject to inspection. Any merchandise returned in an unsellable condition will NOT be eligible for credit.

Important Return Conditions
- Returns for refunds must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date. No refunds are issued after this period.
- Ship returns via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx). Medidenta is not responsible for shipping loss.
- Customers must pay for all shipping charges and accept the risk of loss or damage for returned products.
- Items must be returned in new, unused, resalable condition, without markings, and in original packaging with the seal unbroken.
- All returns require an RMA number. Packages without an RMA number will be returned at the sender’s expense.
- Returns must include a copy of the original invoice; credit cannot be issued without it.
- Allow 5-7 business days to process your return.
- Medidenta reserves the right to refuse returns that violate this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
OSHA regulations prohibit returns of syringes, needles, and solutions.
Special orders and supplier drop shipments are non-returnable.
All 3D printing equipment, Medi-Scaler, iClean, and equipment that has been connected and activated are non-refundable.
Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Guidelines
RMAs are valid for 30 days from issuance. Returns received after this period will NOT be accepted. Products received without an RMA number will be returned to sender and all items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Order Discrepancies & Damaged Shipments
Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. If an item is damaged in transit, retain the original packaging and contact Customer Service at 800-221-0750.
Price Adjustments
Prices are subject to change. A one-time price adjustment is available if an item is marked down within 14 days of the invoice date. Items purchased with promotional discounts are NOT eligible for price adjustments. To request a price adjustment, email [email protected].
Canceled Orders
To cancel an order, call 800-221-0750. If an order is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or unclaimed, the purchase amount will be refunded minus shipping charges.
Legal Disclaimer
Nevada law requires that prescription products sold by Medidenta be resold only to pharmacies or practitioners.
Selling prescription products to unauthorized individuals or businesses will result in termination of future sales and may incur legal penalties. By accepting goods from Medidenta, you certify compliance with Nevada law.
