You may register up to the date of the course, if there is space available. Medidenta reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses 31 days or more in advance of the scheduled course date. Any personal expenses incurred due to course cancellation / rescheduling are not reimbursable. Course registration fees for any course cancelled by Medidenta will be refunded in full. For any course that is rescheduled, you may request a refund within 14 days of notice of reschedule, and we will refund your registration fee. You may cancel your course registration up to 31 days prior to the course start date for a full refund. You may cancel your course registration up to 15 days prior to the course start date, however a 25% administrative fee will be assessed. Cancellations 15 days or less prior to the course start date will not be eligible for any type of refund.
